• No customer records are held online or digitally in any form whatsoever • All records of customers are held in written form in unstructured manner; Thus, no customer details can be retrieved directly by structured reference to name, address or any contact details • The written record of customers is only retrievable by searching through written chronological listings in:- a) personal work diaries, invoice duplicate books and business accounts (these records must be made and retained by law in accordance with HM Revenue and Customs) b) ICS Safety Certificates (these records must be made and retained in accordance with ICS rules and in the safety and legal interests of both customer and sweep) • No customer details will be shared with any third parties other than in those circumstances which the law may require • This policy and these conditions form an integral part of the work contract with each and every customer
